CLEVON 1

A new way of mobility
The next-generation delivery platform
.

Modular design
Apply and adapt different business models to increase ROI and offer diverse services. Our platform vehicle can deliver a wide variety of goods ranging from groceries to bigger-sized appliances.
Zero occupants
Without the need for a dedicated driver, one teleoperator can monitor a fleet of 10 vehicles simultaneously, drastically reducing delivery costs and resolving the challenges of driver shortages.
Lightweight, electric vehicle
A clear focus on only transporting miscellaneous goods and equipment allows us to build a vehicle five times lighter and more efficient than the average van.
Sensor suite
Our camera and radar stack provides a clear 360º field of view of the vehicle's surroundings and detects objects to predict and avoid collisions in traffic.

Control station & Teleoperation
We have developed state-of-the-art teleoperation functionality that allows our teleoperators to take complete control of the vehicle whenever needed. This has highly increased our rate of safety and the pace at which we can develop and test our Autonomous Driving System on public roads.

Uncompromised driving experience
A comfortable vehicle cabin, automatic gearbox, and all of your side- and back view mirrors on one screen provides a smooth control override.
Smooth teleoperational control
Using a redundant 4G connection we have created a high resolution and low latency stream that gives operators a clear live view and understanding of the vehicle's surroundings.
Verified with driver exam regulations
Four of our specialists passed the world’s first driving exams with the driverless autonomous vehicle Cleveron 701, successfully meeting the standard required in driving examination legislation.
Flexible base of operations
Remote supervision enables companies to be more flexible about the base for their operations center. Control stations can be set up anywhere where a dedicated internet connection is available.
Proven and tested technology
We put our developed software and hardware to the test daily. We have a dedicated 10 000 m2 test track, where we can safely simulate different real traffic situations in diverse weather conditions. This allows us to see and analyze how our vehicle and Autonomous Driving System handles and reacts to situations it may encounter in real traffic.

The impact of deploying driverless autonomous vehicles
Direct impact
Significant cost reduction of day-to-day delivery service
Lower costs associated to finding and training personnel
Increase in delivery service energy efficiency
Indirect impact
Reduction in costs associated with road safety
More automated and planned deliveries results in less congestion
Significant reduction of greenhouse gas emissions
Frequently Asked Questions
How does CLEVON 1 differ from other autonomous vehicles?
Cleveron Mobility is developing an adaptable lightweight multi-purpose platform vehicle meant to only deliver goods and offer diverse mobile solutions. All of our development is in-house, making our advancement faster, quick to adapt, and more flexible. Behind Mobility is a team with over 10 years of experience in robotics and last-mile delivery.
How fast is CLEVON 1?
For the past 3 years we have been conducting real traffic tests on public roads with speeds up to 25 km/h (15 mph), which is in accordance with the regulations set by the Estonian Transport Administration. However, the vehicle is capable of going 50 km/h (31 mph).
What is the load capacity?
The vehicle manages weights up to 150 kg (335 lbs).
How far can you travel with one charge?
The driving range is around 80 kilometers (50 mi) or 5 hours.
What is the maximum distance the vehicle can be operated from?
The absolute limit is yet to be tested, but during our first international project, our robot courier was operated from a distance of 1500 kilometers (932 mi)! A surreal experience of controlling a vehicle in rainy Estonia from the sunny Netherlands and vice versa.
Does the vehicle drive on sidewalks or streets?
Our vehicles are designed to operate solely on public roads just like other conventional cars and trucks.
Can CLEVON 1 operate in all weather conditions?
Yes! Trialling our technology in Estonia’s rich four-season climate has given us a unique opportunity to collect valuable data from diverse weather conditions and traffic situations. It guarantees that our robot couriers remain reliable and safe all year round. If we can do it here, we can do it anywhere!
How does the charging work?
We offer both plug-in and wireless charging solutions, both of which include regenerative breaking. Charging from 20% to 80% takes approximately 45 minutes.
